He grew niche content brands, built online communities, and exited multiple ventures—all while investing in real estate and tracking market cycles with a strategist’s eye.

That experience sharpened what he’s known for today: spotting long-term value, understanding how markets move, and helping people make decisions that hold up over time.

Now rooted in the Texas Hill Country, Doug brings that perspective to a market where lifestyle, land, and legacy all intersect. Outside the office, Doug applies that same mindset to high-performance pursuits. He’s a class winner and four-time consecutive competitor in the Pikes Peak International Hill Climb, has raced UTVs in King of the Hammers, and even designed a custom motorcycle showcased by Indian Motorcycle at Sturgis. It’s all part of the way he’s wired: hands-on, detail-driven, and always pushing for better—on the track and in real estate.
